This is our last full blog post of our holiday and it concerns our visit to Martin Mere Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust in Lancashire today. So many wonderful birds so we decided to feature the babies, chicks, ducklings, cygnets etc. Why? Because they’re cute!

Which is your favourite?
That really is all for this holiday now. Tomorrow we are driving home sweet home!
Thank you to all of you who have followed our blog and for those of you who have commented. We really have appreciated your imput over these last eleven weeks or so as it’s given us a connection with home.
Here’s to the next time!
I can’t choose between the baby Shelduck and the Goldfinch. The baby Moorhen is in third place! It’s been a fabulous blog and lovely to share in your adventures. We know from when we did our blog it takes an awfully long time and considerable effort and you really want people to enjoy it and comment on it. They are brilliant to look back over at a later date too. Thank you

My vote goes to the baby Shelduck – definitely the cutest! Thanks for writing the blog and taking such wonderful photos. It’s great to see other parts of the British Isles – and been green with envy that we’re not there. 😉
